RI Early Learning Development Standards

The Rhode Island Learning and Development Standards (RIELDS) are a set of standards on which our pre-k curriculum is based.  They are a set of expectations for what children should know and be able to do at different stages from 9 months to 60 months.  The standards provide a common language that allows us to measure how children are progressing toward meeting specific learning goals. These standards have been developed by the Rhode Island Department of Education and can be found on their website-www.ride.ri.gov
